Final champion: Taz
Taz unified the title into the ECW World Heavyweight Championship in March 1999, deactivating it. He reintroduced it in AEW in 2020, where it was defended until Hook retired it in 2024.

Final champion: Rhino
Deactivated on April 11, 2001 when ECW ceased operations. Rhino held both this title and the ECW World Heavyweight Championship at the time of the company's closure. WWE did not revive this title.

Deactivated on April 11, 2001 when ECW ceased operations, with Danny Doring & Roadkill as the final champions. WWE did not revive this title.

Final champion: Rhino
Deactivated in April 2001 when ECW ceased operations, with Rhino as the final champion of the company. WWE acquired ECW's assets and revived the title for its ECW brand from 2006 until 2010, when it was retired with Ezekiel Jackson as the final champion.
