An unsanctioned "outlaw" title created by Taz himself in 1998 out of frustration at being denied ECW World Heavyweight title shots while the champion was injured. One of wrestling's most famous renegade championships.
FTW Championship — FAQ
The FTW Championship is no longer active. Taz unified the title into the ECW World Heavyweight Championship in March 1999, deactivating it. He reintroduced it in AEW in 2020, where it was defended until Hook retired it in 2024. The final champion was Taz.
