The WrestleIndex Top 30 ranks active professional wrestlers weekly. Men's and women's divisions are scored separately. Rather than a snapshot of who holds a belt today, the score reflects a rolling 90-day body of work — what a wrestler has actually done lately, with recent work weighted more heavily than older work:

| PLE / PPV On Card | low | Any other appearance on a premium live event |
| Event Magnitude | × | Bigger shows count for more — WrestleMania weighs heaviest, on a tiered scale across promotions |
| Current Honors | medium | This year's tournament and annual honors — the Royal Rumble, G1 Climax, Money in the Bank, Owen Hart Cup and the rest — at full value in their calendar year and half the next, on the same verified rows and weights as the GOAT Index |

Scores are normalized to 0–100 with the top wrestler in each division always at 100. A wrestler with no current title and no recent premium-live-event appearances gradually falls as their last work ages out of the window.
