The Mexican National Women's Championship (Campeonato Nacional Femenil), a women's title sanctioned by the Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre de México and first contested in 1955 with La Dama Enmascarada as the inaugural champion. Irma González is a record five-time champion, and Chabela Romero held it three times including a 4,891-day reign, the longest in the title history. The lineage runs through EMLL, AAA and CMLL, and India Sioux has held it since 2025.
