AEW's globe-trotting men's secondary title, established in 2022 as the AEW All-Atlantic Championship and renamed the AEW International Championship in 2023. Pac won a four-way to become the inaugural champion at Forbidden Door. Orange Cassidy, Will Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita are tied for the most reigns at two each.
