The top title in Lucha Libre AAA, established in 2007 as the successor to the AAA Campeon de Campeones and often called the AAA World Heavyweight Championship. El Mesías was the inaugural champion and holds the record with four reigns, while El Hijo del Vikingo’s 833-day run is the longest. The belt spent a turbulent 2011 and 2012 split between Jeff Jarrett, who carried it on TNA television, and an AAA-recognized lineage, before El Texano Jr. reunified it. Since 2025 it has been defended under the WWE banner, with Dominik Mysterio as champion.
